HELP ME
The Eel River Tribe of Indiana,
Native American Studies,
Educational Scholarship Award.

A living memorial to Mamaingwanusquay
( Butterfly Woman) Sue Ann Floyd to
honor all of her years of service to the
early education of children and her
unequaled love for all. This is an Annual
Award issued to any student applicant,
from K to College. Awards are based on
availability of the fund and the number of
applicants. Multiple awards are issued.
If you know of a child who you feel would
be eligible for this scholarship, please
contact us. Tribal membership with the
Eel River Tribe of Indiana is not required
to receive this award. Applications are due
quarterly. Jan, April, July October.

Every child matters!
Tribal affiliation is not required.

Hardship Fund.

Mi le wa ~To San ~No ke ma. “Giving
someone a hand!
This is a limited relief amount issued to
members and sponsored people that may
have found themselves in an emergency
situation. It is not a fix-all but made to
help them cope with their immediate
needs. Applicants will be reviewed on a
priority basis. We also have an
emergency food bank and emergency
clothing bank. This is for anyone we are
informed has a need for assistance.

We can help with money, food, clothing
shelter, utilities and other needs
unrelated to personal neglect  or illeagal
activity.
A hand up not a hand out!
Tribal affiliation is not required.

Cultural Preservation Fund.

Ke loona Ki Noh ko mas  Our Ancestors
This fund helps recover items from
private collections and inappropriate
places and return them to their rightful
place or to the Tribes these items should
be returned to. It also provides funds to
restore markers, maintain historical
items and much more. For more details
or to inform us of an item that should be
recovered and returned to the righful
tribe, please contact us

all Nations.

Honoring our Elders Support Fund
Ta nah kwe wa wi na kat wia...Circle of
Life Fund.
(Means Literally: Forever circular )

Our Elders Fund is intended to increase
the quality of life of our elders and
sponsored elders. This fund can help with
extra costs, transportation and other
personal related issues to improve the
recipient elders situation.If you know of
any elder who might need extra help
please let us know.


Tribal affiliation is not required.
All product sales and Book sales fund these programs. We also fund these through private donations
from the community. Other fund raising programs are also held throughout the year to add additional
funding. All awarded amounts are based on each applicant and the availability of each fund.
